How do I return an item purchased from Unigen?
You may return products for replacement, repair or credit according to Unigen return policy and procedures. The following information is required in order to process your RMA request:
1. Customer Name
2. Email Address
3. Part Number (UG-xxx-xxxx)
4. QTY
5. Invoice Number
6. Reason for Return and
7. Type of Return

RMA Policy
Credit Return:
You may return to Unigen products that you purchased directly from Unigen for a credit or a refund of the price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Products may be returned within thirty days from the date on the invoice, but a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be deducted from any refund or credit.
Replacement/Repair Return:
Beyond 30-day period, products may be returned for repair or replacement only. Upon receipt of the defective product(s), Unigen will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product(s). Subject to product availability, the replacement product(s) will be shipped the business day following receipt of defective product(s).
Cross-Ship Return:
In the event that customer must have the replacement product(s) immediately, select the option “cross-ship” and click “accept” to accept the cross ship agreement on RMA form. For all cross-ship transactions, customer agrees that they will ship the defective product(s) to Unigen within 7 business days of the request. If the defective product(s) are not received within the specified 7-day period, Unigen will charge the customer accordingly. Subject to product(s) availability, Unigen will ship product(s) on the same day the RMA # is issued.
Please Note:
All requests received after 4pm PST will be processed the following day. You are responsible for products until Unigen receives them. Returned products must be in the same condition as you received them
Return Procedures
It will be necessary to follow Unigen's return procedures to return product. The first step is to complete and submit a RMA e-form on our website to receive a Return Authorization Number within the return policy period applicable to type of return. Upon Unigen acceptance and approval, you will promptly receive an e-mail notification with an RMA number and return instruction. Once a RMA number has been issued, the product must be returned to Unigen within 7 business days.
The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) packing slip will list all the items you should return to Unigen. The following instruction will provide information on how to complete your return.

Please place the item to be returned in the box |

Place the shipping label on the outside of the box. |

Make sure that RMA number is marked on the outside of the box along with company name and return address. |

Then, ship the package off within 7 business days using UPS, Federal Express or any other carrier that demonstrates proof of delivery. |

Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid, insured, and packaged properly to prevent damage. |

If we haven't received your package within 7 business days, your RMA number will be invalid and package will be rejected. |

Unauthorized return will be rejected. |
