Reflow:

4 x Vitronics Soltec XPM2, forced air convection 10 zones lead-free certified reflow ovens (N2 ready), capable of high-speed, high-volume throughput. Speeds up to 78.70” (200cm) per minute. Rapid response times and precise temperature controls assure process uniformity, regardless of component density or board loading.

4 x Heller 1809EXL, forced air convection 11 zones lead-free certified reflow ovens (N2 ready), capable of high-speed, high-volume throughput. Speeds up to 86.60” (220cm) per minute. Rapid response times and precise temperature controls assure process uniformity, regardless of component density or board loading.

12 x Heller 1700sx forced air convection reflow ovens, capable of high-speed, high-volume throughput. Speeds up to 32 inches (80 centimeters) per minute. Rapid response times and precise temperature controls assure process uniformity, regardless of component density or board loading.

Wave Solder:
3 x Speedline Electrovert Vectra wave solder system capable of handling PCB's from 2" x 2" (50.0mm x 50.0mm) to 20" x 16" (508mm x 406mm). Scheduled to be on line Q2 2004.

Aqueous wash system:
Speedline Electrovert Aquastorm 100 and ARS-212 closed loop water recycling system Scheduled to be online Q2 2004.
