Responsibilities:
Responsible for directing the organization's accounting functions including AR, AP, GL, FA, Cash Management, Inventory, Budgeting, Forecasting, Audit, Tax and Reporting.
Establishing and maintaining an organization's accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Oversees the preparation and evaluation of budgets and other financial operating reports, and presents findings and recommendations to top management.
Responsible for preparation and management of annual operating budget, cash-flow, capital budgets, & quarterly forecasts
Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies.
Provide international consolidations.
Performs monthly balance sheet account analysis.
Prepares various cash, AP discount and capitalization reports on a monthly basis.
Reviews and approves accounts payable; verifies compliance with company policy.
Reviews and approves applications for new credit arrangements.
Books necessary journal entries on a monthly basis.
Monitors delinquent A/R.
Performs internal audits of the various department operations.
Prepares vendor analysis reports and communicates findings with top management.
Communicates with company’s bank representatives regarding the initiation and monitoring of credit line accounts and the renewal of line of credit accounts.
Assists in preparing annual budget for equipment expenditures and tracks budget variances.
Supervises accounts payable and accounts receivable personnel.
Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing process.
Proposal of new operating & business policy, internal controls, sales compensation structures, & strategies
Interface with auditors from external audit firms and banks
Provide strategic operational direction on areas needing operation improvement and increased profitability and efficiency
Controlling and managing International offices structure including set up operating and capital budgets & cash flow.
Perform, review & analyze departmental costs, G/L close, financial variance, operational results.
Attain better business partner & vendor performance terms through negotiation and gross margin analysis.
   
Requirements:
        Accounting Experience:
Financial management with strict adherence to GAAP, FASB & Internal Controls.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related field.
Minimum of five years related work experience including general ledger experience.
Previous international consolidations experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger accounting.
Previous supervisory experience.
        SOX and Audit experience:
Built SOX compliance procedures for revenue recognition and audit walkthroughs that allow effective partnerships with external and internal audit teams to effectively control risks to financial reporting.
Partner with external audit firms, in addition to revenue, IT and Business units to review quarterly compliance requirements of financial reporting.
Experience in Financial reporting and Finance IT implementations in various high technology environments.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Oracle Accounting ERP system and Access.

Description

Product Marketing Engineer responsible for identifying, developing, and managing OEM, ODM, and other customers and achieving strategic sales goals by promoting and selling the complete line of Unigen products to assigned customers and prospects.

Main Responsibilities

Frontline technical pre-sales support to sales staff and customers, minimizing impact on engineering.
Create/Implement technical sales processes maximizing on-time delivery of communication and deliverables with customers throughout the relationship.
Meet with customers as needed to define opportunities and convert to committed projects (<20% Domestic and international travel required)
Write technical proposals/MRDs for Unigen business opportunities
Actively identify and cultivate new markets and applications for existing products
Develop sales and marketing material targeted to customers, language, and culture of the region. Creatively apply Unigen technologies to a variety of customer scenarios to produce compelling presentations and proposals.
Maintain a cooperative working relationship between all necessary departments to ensure resources are effectively used to achieve customer satisfaction and corporate objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Experience


Solid understanding of Wireless technologies and network communication topologies. Radio knowledge ideally includes: IEEE 802.11b/g/a/n, 802.15.4, Bluetooth, WirelessUSB, USB-IF UWB and Wibree.
Exhibit a positive winning attitude
Competitive, and passionate about winning
Applicable Technical Bachelors degree or higher
Minimum 2+ year engineering or sales engineering, prefer 4+ yrs combined engineering/sales engineering experience
Work well under pressure; aspire to meet aggressive deadlines
