Job Description:

Manage the quality department as single point contact for Quality and Reliability – customer interface for all quality and reliability issues.
Manage and coordinate RMA Processing and metrics for internal/external customers
Manage the coordination of Failure Analysis (Internal) and Customer communications (external)
Drive the reject verification and analysis to provide feedback to Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Design Engineering for the purpose of product and process improvement.
Responsible for all Unigen product quality during NPI and mass production.
Manage quality engineers during NPI phase focusing on FA and CA for all rejects of all stages on the progress.
Responsible for IQC/OQC effectiveness at all points of the supply chain.
Drive CA and 8D report at Unigen and other suppliers
Drive customer quality issue resolution with Unigen Design, Manufacturing.
Manage Incoming QA, In process QC, and FQA departments.
Assign and monitor work for Quality Engineering professional staff, providing support and direction.
Define or provide special process capability studies, repeatability studies, and equipment correlations as required.
Manage quality engineering to perform statistical analysis of processes, through the use of trend charts, control charts, Pareto Diagrams, DOE, FMEA, etc. for application in Continuous Improvement efforts.
Participate in customer QBR, survey, and audits.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

Minimum BS Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
5+ years management experience in supplier, process, and customer quality.
Specialized training in electronics component/PCBA manufacturing and mechanical part fabrication process quality inspection techniques. Track record in Total Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, SPC, 6 Sigma Quality, or Lean Manufacturing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong team building skills
Strong technical skills; problem solving and issue root causing, and soft skills; leadership, project, management, communications, teamwork, influencing, and negotiation are required.
