Unigen's test engineering team has more than fifteen years of testing experience. We offer testing and validation services from the printed circuit board to package and die level processing. Unigen can provide turnkey test software and hardware development services for a full range of device types including Memory, RF, and Logic products. Full product characterization, reliability and prototype production testing is also supported. Unigen's professional and certified staff utilizes industry-leading test equipment and stringent statistical process control (SPC) programs to provide its customers with the highest quality product available.
