Work with Test team and lab for data collection for customers, document and record data. |

Handle RMA’s for Unigen wireless products working with PM’s, Sales & Marketing, RMA team and FA/Test team. |

Visit customers on pressed technical issues and work with the customer onsite. |

Maintain Unigen website with wireless FAQ and support structure. |

1.) Education – Bachelors in Engineering

2.) Experience – 2 to 3 years experience
a. Hardware
i. Understanding fundamentals of short range wireless communication technologies and their protocols. e.g. WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee
ii. Understanding fundamentals of RF transceiver systems in regards to performance, theory and practice.
iii. Understanding fundamentals of USB, SDIO, SPI, UART physical interfaces.
iv. Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and schematics.
v. Ability to understand and follow PCB layout designs.
vi. Hardware Design Schematic capture and PCB layout a PLUS.
b. Software
i. Understanding fundamentals of software protocols and architecture.
1. Drivers
2. Embedded Operating systems
a. Linux

Minimum 5-8 years experience in the operation of Panasonic or Juki Pick & Place machines. Familiar with HLC or Pana-Pro programming softwares. Must have good understanding of SMT processes and be able to identify and solve daily issues. Must understand basic electronics and read BOM, AVL, assembly, fab and mechanical drawings. Good understanding of PC and PC softwares. Must be dependable and flexible.
